Physical Activity Guidelines for Health Benefits
- Adults should get 2 hours and 30 minutes (150 minutes) each week of moderate-intensity aerobic activity (such as brisk walking.)
- There is not a set time limit for an activity, just as long as you're doing your activity at a moderate or vigorous effort for at least 10 minutes at a time.
- Children and adolescents should get at least 1 hour of physical activity every day.
